Info: For all that Veronica's seen in her lifetime, she'd never actually seen it literally rain cats and dogs. Unfortunately, this place keeps deciding to surprise her, and the first two days of September were spent hiding indoors from the falling Pokémon.
But, Veronica wasn't the kind of person that stayed in one place. So, while she'd been outside, a rainstorm of dog Pokémon started, and although she dodged as best she could, one managed to land right on her back. She was going to have bruises for a week, but the Pokémon was unharmed at least. And the Pokémon seemed to know that, and followed Veronica around, despite her not being captured. In fact, she seemed so stuck up about it, and unwilling to argue with Veronica, that she just gave in and captured her. Another Pokémon for the team, right?
Vivi is somewhat vain, in that way high-class dogs generally are. She can be moody, and wont take no for an answer. She also doesn't seem to get along with Veronica's other Pokémon, wanting to be pampered more than them. But, she still wants to be a part of the team. Perhaps she's lonely?
